1. 📦 Order Processing

   All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. 🚚 Shipping Time

   Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

3. 💰 Shipping Charges

   Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.

4. 📍 Delivery Coverage

   We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

5. 💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

   We offer Cash on Delivery service. Customers must be available at the provided address to receive the order.

6. ⏳ Delays

   Delivery delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, or high order volume. We are not responsible for such delays but will try our best to assist you.

7. ❌ Order Cancellation

   Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
